We might have it bad in London but thieves take it to new levels over in New York as this pic shows – Kryptonite locked through both wheels, so they just cut the spokes… not much you can do about that!

sorry my bike knowledge is so gash, does that mean they just took the hubs and frame??
Yeah man… they got the frame and all the components, just left the wheels still locked up. Although means the owner didn’t put the lock through the actual frame which is always a mistake.
