This season we’re experimenting with our notorious Swift track frame – to see what improvements we can make on this product going forward.
Earlier in the year we put together this one-off prototype, which is basically our original Swift on steroids. We’ve used raw stainless steel which, as well as looking awesome, is far stronger than normal steel allowing us to save considerable weight on the design. We’ve then used a 44mm headtube and tapered carbon forks to stiffen up that front end.
To test the product we’ve given this frame to Marlon from the Defi Collective – a London based fixed and road crit team that we support. He’ll put this product through its paces this season and give us the feedback we need to finalise the production model. Follow them on Instagram @deficollective to see how they get on this season.
