On April 18th our first Brother in the Wild ‘komoot World Tour’ event took place in Wellington, New Zealand – in collaboration with the guys at Bicycle Junction. The event was a great success with 40 riders turning up for a gravel ride through the Hutt Valley, a stunning area full of hills, singletrack, 4×4 trails and pine forests. As well as shooting digital we also gave out a 35mm disposable camera to be taken out for the day – this great idea came from Josh at Bicycle Junction and is a really nice way of documenting the ride in a natural way which digital can’t quite capture. We’re sad we couldn’t be at this event however looking through these photos is the next best thing. We’ll be handing out disposable cameras at all Brother in the Wild events going forward!
