To enter the competition all you have to do is sign up to the Brother Cycles newsletter by entering your details in the form below – current newsletter subscribers can still enter the competition – the competition ends at 23:59 on the 30th June 2021.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is: Brother Cycles Ltd, whose registered office is at Brogdale Farm, Brogdale Road, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8XZ.
The competition is open to adults aged 18 years or over except employees of Brother Cycles Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Where possible, all shipping costs to the winner’s address will be covered by Brother Cycles Ltd. Winners with shipping addresses outside of the UK are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees due on the prize.
Brother Cycles Ltd’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems. Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only one entry throughout the whole competition will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 23:59pm on Wednesday, 30th June 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Sign up to the Brother Cycles e-mail newsletter using the form above. You should receive an email to confirm your subscription – you must click on the link ‘Yes, subscribe me to this list’ to be entered into the competition.
Brother Cycles Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Brother Cycles Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Brother Cycles Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
The prize bundle contains: 2 x tickets to the Brother in the Wild UK 2021 event and 2 x Teravail tyres – exact model and size to be chosen by winner, subject to availability.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
One winner from the competition will be chosen at random within 3 working days after it finishes by Brother Cycles Ltd from all complete entries and notified by email.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
