Brother in the Wild Shropshire ’22 // Photo Journal

Towards the end of the summer, in early September, we ran the second edition of Brother in the Wild Shropshire in collaboration with Epic Cycles. The inaugural event had been a great success and we were excited to get back to those rolling Shropshire hills.

Over the weekend guests took part in two fantastic rides, curated by Epic Cycles, taking in the best country lanes, bridleways and forest trails that Shropshire has to offer. With a Saturday and Sunday route showing them totally different parts of this very varied area.

Back at basecamp, with spectacular views onto the historic town of Ludlow and of the surrounding Mortimer forest, evenings were spent relaxing around fire pits enjoying wood fired pizzas and some local ales. On Sunday morning a local coffee truck was setup to keep everyone caffeinated and ready for another day of riding ahead.

Below is a photo journal of the weekend from Cadence Images – if you want to join us at the next event keep September 1st – 3rd 2023 free, tickets will go on sale next year.

Day 1 – across the valley to the Long Mynd…

Day 2 – through the forest along the Mortimer Trail…
